The EXCELSIOR® BlueWater HighSpeed HDMI flat cable with its ocean blue design is perfectly suitable for all 3D and 4K transmissions. Unlike previous HDMI cables with a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, BlueWater achieves resolutions of 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 Hz – or 4096 x 2160 pixels at 24 Hz respectively.

The EXCELSIOR® BlueWater HighSpeed HDMI cable is downward compatible with all previous HDMI versions and supports all current sound formats like 8 PCM, Dolby Digital, MPEG, DTS, Dolby Digital Plus, TrueHD, dts-HD as well as DVD-Audio, and SACD. Moreover, BlueWater integrates an Ethernet High Speed channel which supports the network data rate with up to 100 Mbit/s, and also a back channel (audio return channel). That way you can transfer sound signals of your DVB tuner directly from your TV set to your home cinema A/V receiver. The EXCELSIOR® BlueWater HighSpeed HDMI cable is also ideally equipped to meet future generations of Blu-ray players, HD beamers, HD plasma or HD-(O)-LED TV sets including 3D, irrespective of the image refresh rate (100, 200, 600 Hz etc.).
